At Proposal Compliance Checker™, we strive to provide a valuable and reliable solicitation analysis experience. Because our services involve immediate access to digital products and AI-generated analyses, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the costs of providing the service.

 

Pay-As-You-Go Analyses

Once an analysis has been successfully generated and delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we may issue a refund if:

• The analysis failed due to a technical issue on our platform.

• The uploaded file could not be processed because of a system error.

• Duplicate charges occurred.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

 

Professional Monthly Subscription

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

• Access remains available through the end of the current billing cycle.

• Partial month refunds are generally not provided.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise agreements are governed by the terms outlined in the individual service agreement or contract executed between Proposal Compliance Checker™ and the customer.

Exceptions

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with solicitation outcomes or contract awards.

• User misunderstanding of solicitation requirements.

• Incorrect or incomplete uploaded documents.

• User error during account creation or document upload.

• Analyses that were successfully generated and delivered.
